As part of the admissions process, we ask each student to submit a recommendation from a rabbi or Jewish professional. This helps us understand your teen’s — and your family’s — connection to Jewish life and community. Please forward this form to the rabbi or Jewish professional you would like to recommend your teen for Heller High.
We’re also excited to think together about how your teen’s experience in Israel can have a ripple effect in your home community — by sharing your story, inspiring others, and helping more teens discover the life-changing opportunity of studying in Israel.

ELIGIBILITY
Heller High is open to Jewish teens in grades 10–12 who are excited to build a dynamic Reform community, explore Israel, and deepen their connection to Jewish life and learning. Ideal candidates are academically motivated (typically with a 3.0 GPA or higher), emotionally mature, and ready to engage with new experiences, people, and ideas.
